key words: oral drugs; Single dose packaging; Multi dose packaging; Analysis

with the development of society and the improvement of health care, people's requirements for drugs, a special commodity, are also increasing. While paying attention to the third kind of drug treatment, which belongs to the role of cold inlay fillers, they also begin to care about the toxic and side effects, contraindications, drug interactions, etc. of drugs, as well as whether the use of drugs is convenient. Drug packaging is one of the main determinants of its convenience. The common oral drug packaging is divided into two categories: single dose packaging and multi dose packaging. The packaging of single dose Shandong Sida high-tech for 2018 New Year Holiday Notice refers to the separate packaging of the minimum specification unit of drugs, whose underlying material is the composite film of non-toxic aluminum foil and PVC, and the formed "fish bubble eye" packaging material is hard polychloride. The search of literature has not found any clinical or analysis results of this device, such as ethylene, etc. Multi dose packaging refers to that dozens or even hundreds of drugs are put into a container, and its packaging materials are mostly plastic bottles or glass bottles [1, 2]. Multi dose packaged oral drugs meet people's basic drug needs because of their low price compared with the bench, which can be assembled in about 10 minutes, but the problems can not be ignored. This paper intends to discuss the rationality of multi dose packaging of oral drugs

1 objects and methods

the western medicine oral preparations currently used in our hospital were classified according to whether they were packaged in a single dose, and the packaging and distribution of multiple doses were analyzed

2 results

there are 460 kinds of Western medicine oral preparations involved in the survey, including 222 kinds of single dose packaged oral drugs and 138 kinds of multi dose packaged oral drugs. Among the multi dose packaged oral drugs, there are 107 kinds of national essential drugs

2.1 problems in multi dose packaging

among 138 kinds of multi dose packaged oral drugs, 87 kinds have packaging problems. See Table 1 for details

it can be seen from table 1 that there are the following problems in the use of multi dose packaged oral drugs: (1) Article 54 of Chapter 6 of the newly revised Drug Administration Law of the people's Republic of China issued on February 28, 2001 stipulates that the drug packaging must be printed or pasted with labels and instructions in accordance with the regulations. The general name, composition, specification, manufacturer, approval number, product batch number, production date, expiry date, indication or function, usage, dosage, contraindications, adverse reactions and precautions of the drug must be indicated on the label or instruction manual. The labels of multi dose packaged oral drugs involved in the investigation often do not fully include the above contents, and often mark the words "please read the instructions carefully and take according to the instructions". However, in fact, the drug manufacturers place the instructions in the middle package of drugs, and there is no instruction in the minimum sales package of drugs taken by patients. (2) Some drug manufacturers' drug bottle mouths are not sealed, and the bottle caps are not lock caps. Open the drug bottle caps to pour out the tablets. When patients take such drugs, they often mistakenly think that the drug packaging is insufficient or the packaging is not intact, and even have doubts about the quality of drugs. (3) Drugs with labels that are easy to fall off bring hidden dangers to safe drug use and trouble to pharmaceutical staff. At the same time, drug pharmacies that have fallen off labels have to report losses, which also causes a waste of resources

2.2 distribution of multi dose packaged oral drugs

the distribution of 138 kinds of multi dose packaged oral drugs is shown in Table 2
